　　onsemi已完成将其日本新泻工厂出售给JS Foundry KK的交易。此次出售符合 onsemi的fab-liter战略，即通过减少固定成本足迹来扩大毛利率和改善财务业绩。

　　JS Foundry由Mercuria Investment Co. Ltd和Sangyo Sosei Advisory Corp. Inc. 合作成立。Mercuria是Mercuria Holdings Co. Ltd的子公司，是日本另类投资领域的领导者之一，其投资涵盖不同行业包括制造业和服务业。SSA是日本第一家专注于技术、媒体和电信(TMT)行业的财务顾问。通过合作，他们成立了JS Foundry，成为一家日资代工公司，为日本客户供应半导体。
