最新消息，瑞萨电子宣布，将与AMD合作展示面向5G有源天线系统（AAS）无线电的完整RF前端解决方案。全新RF前端与经实地验证的AMD Zynq? UltraScale+ RFSoC数字前端OpenRAN无线电（O-RU）参考设计相搭配，包含RF开关、低噪声放大器，和前置驱动器，提供了一套完整的解决方案，以满足不断增长的移动网络基础设施市场需求。
全新5G设计平台集成开放式无线接入网（O-RAN）生态系统中所运行基站的所有基本RF与数字前端硬件，包括一个高隔离多掷DPD（数字预失真）开关、一个采用紧凑封装的高增益和线性度前置驱动器、一个集成开关，和一个具有输入信号耦合功能的低噪声放大器（LNA）。该款完整RF前端平台旨在以优化的功率水平高效处理并向无线网络传输数据。此外，它还与AMD RFSoC DFE ZCU670评估套件集成，用于无线网络系统的快速原型设计和快速开发。这一平台带来卓越的RF性能，同时最大限度地减少用于TX信道线性化的DPD资源，提高无线电效率并最终降低无线网络供应商的运营成本。
