NVIDIA的AI芯片投片量增25%！台积电4nm受青睐

　　7月15日消息，据媒体报道，NVIDIA对台积电4nm工艺增加了25%的投片量，以满足其最新Blackwell平台架构图形处理器的生产需求。

　　Blackwell平台架构GPU被誉为“地表最强AI芯片”，其拥有高达2,080亿个电晶体，并采用台积电定制的4纳米工艺制造。

　　这款GPU通过每秒10TB的芯片到芯片互连技术连接成单个、统一的GPU，支持AI训练和大型语言模型推理，模型可扩展至10兆个参数。

　　业界分析预计，英伟达B100 GPU的平均售价将介于3万美元至3.5万美元之间，而串联Grace CPU与B200 GPU的超级芯片GB200的售价则可能在6万美元至7万美元，甚至更高。

　　这也将成为台积电制造的终端售价最贵的芯片之一。

　　随着全球AI技术的发展和应用，包括亚马逊、戴尔、Google、Meta、微软等国际大厂都计划采用英伟达Blackwell架构GPU来构建AI服务器，需求量超出预期。

　　此外，就终端整机服务器机柜数量来看，预计包括GB200 NVL72及GB200 NVL36服务器机柜的出货量将从原预期的4万台大增至6万台，增幅达到50%。

　　其中GB200 NVL36有36个GB200，18个Grace CPU、36个增强型B200 GPU;GB200 NVL72有72个GB200，36个Grace CPU、72个B200 GPU。

　　业界估计，GB200 NVL36服务器机柜平均售价180万美元，GB200 NVL72服务器机柜售价更高达300万美元。
