加快 IPO 脚步,东芝半导体公司最快 2019 年秋季上市

根据日本媒体 《共同社》 的报导指出，目前全球第 2 大 NAN DFlash 快闪存储器制造商东芝存储器公司 (Toshiba Memory) 最快将于 2019 年秋季进行公开上市的工作。

报导指出，东芝存储器公司的执行长成毛康雄 (Yasuo Naruke) 在上个月曾经表示，公司计划在 2 年至 3 年内上市。但是，根据 《共同社》 的报导，东芝存储器公司最快将于未来 1 年内上市。显然，目前公司高层不想把上市的时程拖长，希望这个目前东芝集团的赚钱金鸡母能够尽早上市。

2017 年 9 月，东芝集团同意以 2 兆日元 (约合 180 亿美元) 的价格，将旗下半导体业务部门(即目前的东芝存储器公司)出售给由贝恩资本 （Bain Capital） 领军的 「美日韩联盟」。而依据当时所签订的协定，东芝集团仍持有约东芝存储器公司 40% 的股份。

另外，根据市场调查研究机构 TrendForce 的资料显示，2018 年第 2 季东芝和合作伙伴威腾电子 （WD） 两家公司在营收上，总计占据全球 NAND Flash 快闪存储器市场 33.8% 的市占率，相较产业龙头三星电子的 36.4%，差距 2.6 个百分点。也因为受惠前一段时间存储器价格的大涨，使得东芝半导体公司成为东芝集团中最赚钱的金鸡母。因此，藉由未来进行上市的计划，有机会为东芝集团创造更大的效益。

事实上，成毛康雄上个月也证实，东芝存储器公司坚持 「尽快上市」 的计划，而且已经开始了 IPO 的初步筹备工作。不过，对于相关消息，东芝存储器公司表示，目前公司的上市计划没有改变，还是计划在未来 2 年至 3 年内上市。而且，目前还没有确定执行的日期。
