直流无刷风扇（马达）驱动
芯进电子拥有一系列的直流无刷风扇驱动IC可供客户选择，驱动电流从300mA～700mA，工作电压从5V～24V，并具有堵转保护，以及风扇状态信号输出等功能，以满足用户不同的需求。该系列产品均采用先进的BICMOS工艺，具有功耗低，产品磁参数一致性高等优点，温度稳定性优异。
该产品系列分为双线圈风扇驱动IC和单线圈风扇驱动IC两种产品供用户选择。芯进电子的双线圈风扇驱动IC均通过风扇的线圈为IC供电，可以提高风扇的工作电压范围，并使用户的PCB备货减少。
风扇驱动驱动IC提供TO-94和SOP8两种封装，产品的工作温度范围为-40～125℃。
