　　TDK-Lambda RGC Series Non-Isolated DC-DC Buck-Boost Converters offer a 9V to 53V input voltage range, 300W maximum power rating, and 8A to 12.5A current range. These converters are encapsulated in a five-sided aluminum case and rated to temperatures of up to +115°C. The RGC converter modules have an industry-standard 1/16th brick pin-out construction, are qualified for MIL-STD-810G, and are designed for fanless conduction-cooled applications.

      Additional features include remote On/Off, remote sense and output trim, frequency synchronization, and output current monitoring. TDK-Lambda RGC Series Non-Isolated DC-DC Buck-Boost Converters offer a wide output adjustment range that allows one model to be used in multiple positions, assisting in inventory and part number reduction.

　　NSi6801 is an isolated gate driver with single-channel optocoupler-compatible input, which can be used to drive IGBT, SiC and MOSFET. It can provide peak source/sink current of 5A/5A. It supports the minimum common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150kV/μs, which ensures the robustness of the system.      The maximum power supply voltage of the driver is 32V. It has performance advantages over optocoupler gate drivers, including better reliability and aging performance, higher operation temperature, shorter propagation delay and less pulse width distortion. AMEYA360:Experts Weigh Impact of Intel-Arm Collaboration

　　Intel Foundry Services and Arm agreed last month to optimize Arm’s IP for Intel’s upcoming 18A process technology (1.8 nm). The collaboration will focus on mobile designs and will undertake design technology co-optimization (DTCO) and system technology co-optimization (STCO), which means that Arm’s IP will be optimized both for Intel’s forthcoming production node and for the company’s advanced packaging technologies.　　Intel Foundry Services and Arm will jointly fine-tune Arm’s IP using the DTCO methodology for Intel’s 18A manufacturing process to optimize performance, power and costs of upcoming designs. One of the key fruits of this collaboration will be development of “an Arm-based mobile SoC and silicon technology demonstration and reference platform for chip designs,” which is a rather broad definition of the work.　　Meanwhile, Intel and Arm confirm that the work has commenced.　　“The work will validate the performance, power and area utilization of Arm SoC designs on the Intel 18A process,” a spokesperson for Intel told EE Times.　　“We are building custom IP to ensure optimal power, performance and area for Arm-based SoC design,” a spokesperson for Arm explained to EE Times. “With this announcement, we enable one more option to our licensees to choose from when they target advanced nodes for Arm-based SoC design.”
