传AMD Zen 6微架构交由台积电代工

　　4月18日消息，处理器大厂AMD预计在2024年推出下一世代Zen 5处理器微架构，今年第一季正式展开全新Zen 6处理器（CPU）核心架构开发，根据在LinkedIn发布的职缺讯息，Zen 6将采用台积电2纳米制程，CPU推出时程预计落在2026年之后。

　　不过，目前我们无法在AMD官方产品蓝图找到Zen 6的身影，AMD仅透露至Zen 5计划，上一份蓝图可追溯到2022年6月，显示AMD预计将在2024年推出Zen 5，因此Zen 6可能要到2025年甚至更晚才能进入零售市场。根据先前AMD高端芯片设计工程师Md Zaheer在LinkedIn不小心透露的信息，AMD Zen 6内核的内部代号是Morpheus，Zen 6芯片将采用2nm制程，而台积电跟三星两家都希望在2025年前准备好2纳米制程。该工程师负责的特定任务则是至少三个核心IP的电源管理项目，从2020年第一季开始的Zen 4核心，接着是2021年第一季的Zen 5，然后是2023年第一季的Zen 6。
