　　"结合华为近 10 年的实践，孟晚舟分享了对数字化转型的三个核心洞见。首先，战略驱动是根本：数字化本质是战略选择和战略规划，成功的数字化转型都是由战略驱动，而非技术驱动。其次，数据治理是基础：只有通过对数据的科学治理，数据在企业内部的流动才具有意义，不同维度的数据汇聚在一起才能创造新的价值。最后，数据智能是方向：数据正在成为生产力，作业数字化、数字平台化使得数据清洁、透明、聚合，是转型的基础；平台智能化，智能实战化使得数据随需、易懂、有用，是数字转型的深化。

　　本次分析师大会，华为战略研究院院长周红分享了从经验、知识到智能，而面向智能世界的假设和愿景。他提到：" 未来通信和未来计算是迈向智能世界需要解决的两大核心问题。在通信领域，今天的我们有条件超越香农定理最初的假设和应用条件，实现超越十年百倍的发展。在计算领域，方向是新的计算模式、架构与部件，提升对智能的认知水平和掌控能力，并在 AI for Industry 和 AI for Science 等应用中不断迭代发展 "。
