环球晶圆收购Siltronic获奥地利反垄断部门同意

今天，据彭博报道，根据电子邮件发送的公告，晶圆制造商环球晶圆收购Siltronic全部已发行普通股的现金要约获得奥地利反垄断部门的批准。此前该公司已收到德国、美国监管机构的批准，交易完成尚待更多监管部门的批准。公司继续预计下半年完成交易。
据台媒报道，2月9日，环球晶圆宣布，成功透过公开收购取得德国硅晶圆制造商Siltronic过半股份，达到50.8%，以总价43.5亿欧元取得控股权，组成全球第2大12寸晶圆制造商。若以营收计，或将成为全球最大硅晶圆晶圆制造商。
据此前报道，1月26日，在将收购价格由最初的125欧元提升至140欧元之后，环球晶圆再次提高了对同行Siltronic的收购报价。
