8英寸硅晶圆下半年看涨10%

因需求强劲但库存过低，8英寸硅晶圆合约价在暌违近两年半后，终于要在第三季度调涨，下半年涨幅约达5-10%。

 

中国台湾《工商时报》文章指出，8英寸晶圆代工产能自去年下半年以来就供不应求，但之前8英寸硅晶圆仍处于去库存阶段，直至今年第二季度才开始出现供应吃紧的状况，现货价也止跌回稳。

 

随着车用芯片及功率半导体、电源管理IC、显示驱动IC、3D感测元件等8英寸晶圆代工需求下半年持续转强，并且IDM厂及晶圆代工厂手中的硅晶圆库存明显降低，下半年8英寸硅晶圆市场供不应求态势确立。

 

在供应商几乎没有扩充产能情况下，业内预期8英寸硅晶圆下半年现货价将逐季上涨，以长约为主的合约价在暌违近两年半后有望调涨，下半年价格涨幅介于5-10%。

 

产能方面，包括环球晶、合晶、嘉晶、台胜科等硅晶圆供应商，现阶段产能利用率均达满载，对于下半年市况持乐观态度，并且预期8英寸及12英寸硅晶圆都供不应求。

 

此外，近期全球前三大硅晶圆厂日本信越、日本胜高、环球晶除了透露12英寸硅晶圆供应吃紧外，也透露8英寸硅晶圆订单已明显超过产能，已着手评估兴建全新的硅晶圆厂及调涨价格。

 

下游客户端，由于晶圆代工厂、IDM厂、存储器厂对明年展望乐观，新增产能逐步开出，并预期硅晶圆供货将更为吃紧，所以签订长约意愿明显提高，对于明年8英寸硅晶圆价格持续调涨也有高度共识。
