韩国三大运营商因非法提供5G补贴被罚512亿韩元

据国外媒体报道，韩国是全球首个推出5G商用服务的国家，SK、KT和LG Uplus这三大韩国电信运营商在去年4月3日，就推出了面向消费者的5G商用服务。
在韩国商用5G网络的发展过程中，三大运营商发挥了很大的作用，投资兴建了大量的5G基站，但近日他们却被处以创纪录的罚款。
从外媒的报道来看，SK、KT和LG Uplus被处以创纪录的罚款，是因为他们向5G用户提供了非法补贴，罚款针对的是去年4月份到8月份所提供的非法补贴。
韩国三大运营商此次的罚款金额达到了512亿韩元，折合约4670万美元，超过了他们2018年因相似违规行为而被处以的506亿韩元的罚款。
具体而言，韩国三大运营商中，此次罚款最多的是SK，被处以223亿韩元的罚款，SK也是韩国最大的电信运营商；第二大电信运营商KT被处以154亿韩元的罚款；LG Uplus的罚款金额为135亿韩元。
