据国外媒体报道，日月光和力成科技等芯片后端产业链厂商的消费逻辑芯片封测订单，在近一段时间明显增加，部分生产线已经满负荷运行。

外媒是援引产业链消息人士的透露，报道日月光与力成科技的消费逻辑芯片封测订单增加的，自8月份以来，他们用于游戏主机和其他消费电子产品的芯片封测订单就开始增加。

这一消息人士还透露，由于消费逻辑芯片的订单增加，部分后端厂商三季度的月产能，预计环比会增长20%到25%。

该消息人士表示，游戏主机和相关外接设备的逻辑芯片需求，自下半年以来一直在大幅提升。居家办公与学习对笔记本电脑等相关设备的需求增加之后，芯片后端供应链厂商的订单，也一直很强劲。

此外，消息人士还透露，支持sub-6GHz的5G智能手机在今年会有不错的销量，相关芯片后端产业链厂商，也已经准备了产能，以满足联发科及其他厂商激增的封测需求。
