魅族科技日前发出内部邮件，再次做出人事架构调整，魅族副总裁杨柘继续负责营销，魅族科技副总裁兼魅蓝事业部总裁李楠则负责销售。
李楠负责销售中心
调整后的魅族领导人依旧是董事长兼CEO黄章，但最重要的变化，以及这次调整的核心关注点仍是杨柘与李楠两人。
杨柘将继续负责营销，任市场中心CMO，向董事长兼CEO黄章汇报;李楠则成了营销中心CSO，负责Sale(销售)部分，即销售中心相关业务及团队管理， 向黄章汇报。
调整后的魅族市场中心架构
魅族与魅蓝事业部实际将合并
对外界来说，这次调整，意味着魅族与魅蓝两个独立事业部再次合并，虽然邮件里并没有这种说法。但细看分工：销售中心全面负责魅族、魅蓝手机产品整体操盘，公司产品国内线下销售业务;市场中心全面负责魅族、魅蓝手机产品品牌推广、市场营销、媒体公关等业务。这其实就是将原本魅族魅蓝两个品牌的工作重新整合，再分到杨柘与李楠现在负责的部门中。
另外一个值得注意的点是，现有架构中没有原魅族科技总裁白永祥的名字——此前一直有传言说老白已经是退休状态，现在这种说法似乎已经被验证。
2017年12月，魅族才进行过一次架构调整在原有的魅族、魅蓝、Flyme事业部基础上，增添海外事业部、配件事业部。
