平均日增科技型企业200家，北京2018年高精尖产业营收3.25万亿元

日前，北京市人民政府新闻办公室举办北京市庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年系列主题新闻发布会“科技创新”专场，并晒出了科技创新“成绩单”。

　　2018年，北京新经济增加值占地区生产总值的比重达三分之一;十大高精尖产业实现营业收入3.25万亿元;人工智能产业规模达到1500亿元。此外，北京2018年专利申请量和授权量均较2012年翻一番;技术合同成交额4957.8亿元，较2012年翻了一番;平均日增科技型企业约200家。

　　如今，北京已创建3家国家级制造业创新中心、11家市级产业创新中心、28家国家技术创新示范企业、92家国家级企业技术中心，其中国家级高新技术企业累计达2.5万家，是2012年的3.1倍。

　　而作为北京高精尖产业的代表性地区，截至目前，中关村企业拥有有效发明专利超过11万件，创制标准9500多项，分别是2012年的5倍和3倍;2018年企业技术合同成交额4957.8亿元，占全国近三分之一，近七成辐射到京外地区;中关村国家自主创新示范区拥有高新技术企业2.2万家，上市公司349家，天使、创投发生金额与投资案例均占全国三分之一以上。

　　此外，中关村还设立了三个“大目标”， 到2022年，初步建成具有全球影响力的科技创新中心，打造全国高质量发展引领区;到2035年，建成世界一流的科技创新中心;到2050年，成为世界主要科学中心和创新高地。
