受贸易战冲击，全球NB产业加快“东南飞”步伐

旷日持久的中美贸易战，迫使销往美国市场的笔记本电脑逐渐移往中国境外生产，这使得原本高度集中在中国大陆的全球笔记本电脑产品生产集群，正在往台湾地区与东南亚国家迁移。

根据国际数据信息(IDC)全球笔记本电脑组装产业季报的最新研究结果显示，2019年第二季度，在英特尔处理器缺货状况缓解，以及品牌厂商备货订单的挹注下，全球笔记本电脑组装(ODM/EMS)产业的出货量较前一季大幅成长11.4％，达到3970万台。

IDC研究副总监徐美雯指出：“2019Q2，为了避免受到美国关税的影响，部分笔记本电脑品牌厂商开始准备额外的库存。并且，中美贸易战亦迫使销往美国市场的笔记本电脑移往中国境外生产，这使得原本高度集中在中国大陆的全球笔记本电脑产品集群，正在往台湾地区与东南亚国家迁移。”

2019年第二季度，台湾笔记本电脑组装产业出货量占全球出货量的82.3%，厂商的生产地点集中在中国大陆。在前五大专业代工厂中，仁宝笔记本电脑组装出货量维持全球第一的排名，而排名第二名的广达则是客户群最为广泛的组装厂。

展望2019年下半年，受中美贸易战影响，全球笔记本电脑市场需求的不确定性增加；加上中国境外新的制造工厂将陆续于年底前量产，提前备货的库存需要时间去化，因此IDC预期全球笔记本电脑组装产业的出货量虽在第三季仍维持成长，但预期第四季将微幅下滑。
