各国逐渐解禁，采购策略将如何？

资深的元器件采购都知道往年的需求规律大部分是上半年4下半年6，而现在居然有可能是反过来的。


需求的反弹点有可能在八月底或九月初，V型反弹的可能性不到五成，最有可能发生的还是从六月到九月初的所谓“U型反弹”，五月底应该会更加明朗！


我们现在要考虑一下解禁后采购及供应链主管应该注意哪些工作：


1.    调整供应商结构


目前看来中港台加上韩日的管控较为理想，东南亚次之；采购尽量不要跑到其他地区，否则就是自找麻烦！供应商如果只有一地生产，也要尽量避免使用，订单份额尽量分布在多个供应商，这个避险的原理不必多说。


2.    善用Hub建立安全库存


没建立Hub的企业，要赶快与供应商协商建立。有Hub的，要检视目前的合同有没有需要修改的地方，目标只有一个：善用Hub(VMI)建立安全库存，当紧急状况发生，起码有一些缓冲时间。


3.    中小企业进行“联合采购”


利用行业协会或是外界的采购平台，针对市场上的通用料件进行联合采购，不但有机会降低成本，由此凝聚的BuyingPower也比单打独斗来得好，企业自身专注在关键零组件的采买即可！
