　　1、筛选信号，色码电感能够起到一种选频作用，当色码电感与电解电容并联是可以组成调谐电路。色码电感在该电路中的感抗与容抗等值相反，从而使电路中的固有振荡频率f0与非交流信号的频率f相等，从而起到一种筛选信号的作用。

　　2、抑制电磁波干扰，即抑制EMC干扰。色码电感和电容组合形成LC滤波电路，在电路中能够抑制EMC干扰。

　　3、稳定电流，色环电感在电路中起到稳定电流的作用。当电流增大，色环电感产生感应电动势阻止电流的增加;当电流减小时，色环电感将之前存储的能量将会释放，从而降低电流的减小。

　　色环电感和色环电阻的区别

　　色环电感的标注方法基本与色环电阻是一致的，看起来十分相似，但可以从以下几个方面区分：

　　1、从外观来看，色环电感一般是绿色的，两端要圆一些且要大一点点，色环电感中间部分要比两端稍微细点但都差不多，而且两端引线的部位逐渐变细，整体看上去会更加粗一些;色环电阻一般是蓝色或者米黄色的，外形上为粗细比较均匀的圆柱，两端有明显的金属帽。

　　2、从仪器测量来看，用万用表测量的时候一般色环电感阻值都接近几欧;而普通的色环电阻一般没这么小的数值，基本都是几百以上的(低阻值的电阻除外)。

　　3、从表示方法来看，电阻常用R表示，而电感用L表示，在电路图上可以根据这点来判断。
