1、  前言

汽车发动机控制模块(AutomobileEngineControlModule)是发动机控制的核心部件，根据各传感器的输入信息，控制发动机的燃油喷射和点火时刻，并为其他输出装置提供最佳的控制指令。另外，ECM还对自身故障、各传感器和执行元件、串行数据线、故障指示灯(MIL)电路进行检测，当检测到故障时，ECM记忆相应故障码并采取有关措施。发动机控制标定程序存储在电可控可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)中，它是一个焊接在ECM上的一个永久性存储器，不可单独更换。更换ECM时，新的ECM需按所配置车型编程后才可使用。

2、  方案概述

Ameya360小型发动机控制模块解决方案核心部件是微处理器构成的VLSI微控制器，由各种对应的传感器(温度、压力、气敏、位移……)拾取控制参量，通过微控制器实施对发动机、喷油、点火、燃烧、运行、排污等的自动控制。还通过总线与汽车主体计算机相连。汽车采用了电子发动机控制系统后，可使发动机功率提高5—10%，节油5一15%，排污减少20%。

汽车发动机控制模块和许多与排放相关的部件和系统相互作用，并且监视与排放相关的部件和系统是否出现性能下降。诊断对系统性能进行监控，并在系统性能下降时设置故障码。
