1、前言

　天井灯有很多优点，其寿命可达几万小时，虽然不是很精致但是对环境有益。其体积小，允许用辅助光学器件灵活地控制光束。实际应用的照明设备，如照亮写字台、屏幕或房间的光源不仅要求高发光效率和长的使用寿命，还要具有很高的光通量和合更换价格。一只 60W 的白炽灯光发出 900lm 的白光，是典型的荧光粉转换白光（指示灯）发光二极管（PC LED）光能量的 300 倍。每流明的成本只是其一部分，关键是设计并装配出能在比正常输入功率高出 1～2 个量级的功率下工作的发光二极管器件，并且使这些 LED 与传统的指示灯 LED 具有同样高的效率及稳定性。
2、方案概述

Ameya360 天井灯模块解决方案特别推出 HBG 系列高效能 LED 电源供应器。此系列产品为圆形设计，可完美结合天井灯的机械构造，易于安装。采用铝质外壳，内部注满导热硅胶，与灯具散热片紧密锁合，具有极强的散热效果，解决了目前市场上旧式长条型天井灯电源系统结构上的限制。若电源顶部外壳温度控制于 70℃以下，其使用寿命可达 40,000 小时。
