苹果拒绝参加反垄断听证会 美参议员称其不可接受

4月11日消息，据国外媒体报道，苹果已经决定不在美国参议院小组委员会关于移动应用商店相关反垄断问题的听证会上作证，对此参议员表示，苹果已知将举办听证会已有数周时间，甚至参与讨论，突然宣布不提供证人出庭作证，是不可接受的。


应用开发商一直对iPhone和iPad上的苹果AppStore、以及Android设备上的谷歌PlayStore十分不满，指责这些应用商店通过要求一定的收入分成和设置严格的包含规则等进行垄断。小组委员会听证会计划于四月末召开，参议员表示，甚至还与参议院工作人员就谁将代表苹果出庭作证进行了讨论，但随后苹果“突然宣布”根本不会提供证人出庭作证。


苹果以法院即将对其和EpicGames的案件进行审讯为由，不为AppStore听证会提供证人，但参议院司法委员会竞争政策、反垄断和消费者权益小组委员并不买单。


苹果为何会如此牛掰？依据的就是美国最高法院在上世纪70年代的一项裁决该裁决认定，如果一家公司被控向第三方收取费用，而第三方又将费用转嫁给消费者，则消费者不得要求赔偿。众所周知，苹果公司一直以来都是平台商家最严格的一家平台，苹果要向app抽取30%的利润作为分成，但app商家几乎都把这30%转嫁给了ipad/iphone消费者。
