模拟芯片公司艾为电子拟闯关科创板 已进入上市辅导阶段

8月12日，上海证监局披露了中信证券关于上海艾为电子技术股份有限公司（以下简称“艾为电子”）首次公开发行股票并上市辅导备案情况报告以及辅导备案基本情况表。据披露，艾为电子已于8月6日与中信证券签署辅导协议并进行辅导备案。

上海艾为电子技术股份有限公司创立于2008年6月，是一家专注于高品质、高性能的数模混合、模拟信号、射频等IC设计，聚焦在手机、人工智能、物联网、汽车电子、可穿戴和消费类电子等领域的高科技公司。华为、小米、OPPO、VIVO等知名手机品牌公司和华勤通讯、闻泰科技等ODM公司均是艾为电子的客户。

2015年7月艾为电子成功挂牌新三板。

目前，艾为推出了声、光、电、射、手五大产品线，四百余款自主知识产权的产品广泛应用于国内外手机及IoT品牌。

据介绍，2019年年报显示，艾为电子实现营收10.18亿元，同比增长46.68%；实现净利润9266万元，同比增长67%；当期经营活动产生的现金流净额为8931.9万元，同比增63.47%，与净利润增幅保持一致；毛利率为33.68%，同比微增2个百分点。

2019年公司前五大客户销售金额为6.46亿元，年度销售占比63.45%；前五大供应商采购金额为7.81亿元，年度采购占比89.89%，依赖程度较高，略显集中。

公司创始人兼董事长孙洪军为公司控股股东、实际控制人，持股比例达56.01%。资料显示，孙洪军于1997年至2002年间在华为担任工程师、技术专家。2008年创立艾为电子。六人核心团队中还有四人也来自华为，另一人来自IBM。
