台湾光宝35.5亿新台币大陆设厂,加码三大领域

中国台湾厂商光宝科技宣布将在大陆投资约新台币35.5亿元，包括以生产SSD为主的苏州新厂、为了汽车电子新产品而成立的常州新厂，广州厂则为了手机相机模组而斥资新台币11.5亿元购买新设备。

9月27日，光宝科技发布公告称，董事会决议通过3项大陆投资案，分别包括汽车电子业务、存储业务和相机模组业务均在大陆设厂。

这是继去年中宣布将斥资新台币100亿元在高雄成立汽车电子事业新厂与高雄营运中心，并于今年中动土汽车电子新厂之后，光宝科技再次发力建新厂，新厂都位于大陆。

据披露，光宝科技汽车电子业务将落户常州，新厂将设立在光宝科的华中营运中心附近，光宝董事会初估对常州厂投资额为3500万美元、相当于10.5亿元新台币左右。新厂暂订为常州光宝汽车电子有限公司，以生产精密度较高的车用电子新产品为主。

储存业务将设厂于苏州，拟出资4500万美元成立苏州光宝科技有限公司（暂订），以就地供应大陆地区的PC及云端应用等客户，光宝科技表示选择在苏州建厂主要考虑到接近客户与供应链上下游。

原先位于广州厂的相机模组部门也将添购自动化设备，预计加码投资新台币11.5亿元，以扩充高阶相机模组的产能，包括大广角相机模组、3D感测相机模组等，近期设备陆续导入，预计将有利于2018年抢攻高阶相机模组订单。

根据规划，3项大陆投资案金额约为新台币35~36亿元，最快预计在2018~2019年将陆续投产并展现效益。
