欧盟日前指控Alphabet旗下Google滥用Android系统垄断市场，欧盟今天稍早正式宣布，对Google祭出高达43亿欧元罚单，将创下欧盟反垄断罚款金额新高。

综合外媒报导，欧盟反垄断机构认为Google滥用Android系统，强迫手机制造商将Google产品与Play App商店绑定，透过限制性策略提供整套自家服务。此外，欧盟也正在调查，Google拟和业者协议，要求其在自家产品预先安装Google的APP，并禁止销售搭载以Android开放原始码为基础外的其他作业系统。

据了解，欧盟去年也曾对Google开罚24亿欧元，而脸书（Facebook）、英特尔（Intel）和微软（Microsoft）也都曾面临欧盟反垄断罚款，苹果（Apple）则是曾被欧盟要求偿还154亿美元的税款。

欧盟在台北时间晚间7点左右，正式宣布对Google开罚43亿欧元。
