公告称，2019 年 7 月 26 日，TCL 集团股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）通过回购专用证券账户以集中竞价交易方式回购股份成交总金额为 10,050,200.00 元（不含交易费用），回购股份数量 2,900,000 股。

TCL集团表示，公司自 2019 年 2 月 14 日首次实施回购起，至 2019 年 7 月 26 日收市，已通过回购专用证券账户以集中竞价交易方式累计回购股份数量共计 459,659,522 股，占公司总股本的 3.39%，最高成交价为 4.17 元/股，最低成交价为 3.13 元/股，成交均价为 3.39 元/股，成交总金额为 1,559,707,959.68 元（不含交易费用）。
