12月24日消息，据韩媒ZDNetKorea报道，中国DRAM芯片制造商长鑫存储(CXMT)已成功实现DDR5内存芯片的量产。目前，已有数家DRAM模组厂商开始销售基于长鑫存储DDR5芯片的DRAM模组，预示着DDR5内存价格有望进一步下调。
报道指出，长鑫存储近期启动DDR5生产，其公布的良品率约为80%，与韩国企业生产DDR5的80-90%良品率相比，双方差距并不显著。此外，中国存储模组品牌如King Bank(金百达)和Gloway(光威)等，已开始在电商平台销售标注为“国产DDR5”的32GB DDR5DRAM模组。据业界推测，这些产品所采用的DDR5芯片正是由长鑫存储所提供。
