上海皇华力推的Nuvoton无线充电方案符合无线充电联盟 (WPC) Qi 标准，主控芯片采用 32 位元的 ARM® Cortex®-9 为内核，内嵌丰富外设资源，可灵活增添功能，具备高性能、低功耗的优点。该方案可满足Qi 标准的所有功能，相容符合 Qi 标准的接收器，并智慧管理无线电源传输。增加了动态功率调整功能，当输入功率不足时，也能保证充电。同时，还添加了金属异物检测功能，确保使用者充电过程的安全。

方案特色

• 符合 Qi V1.1.2 A11 标准。

• 5V 供电，动态输入功率调整，适合笔记本、电脑等USB驱动供电。

• 具有金属异物检测功能 (FOD) 、过温与限流等保护功能，确保使用者安全。

• 具有 LED 灯显示充电状态和故障状态。

规格说明

本方案实现 Qi 标准的所有功能，相容符合 Qi 标准的接收器，并智慧管理无线电源传输。为了提高使用者体验的满意度，增加了动态功率调整功能，当输入功率不足时，也能保证充电。同时，还添加了金属异物检测功能，确保使用者充电过程的安全。

本方案采用 5V 供电，适用于无线充电发射端，主控芯片 Mini55 通过解码接收端发送的信号，调整脉宽调制信号的频率，控制谐振电路之谐振频率改变充电电流，从而满足发射端的要求

NXP 主控芯片运行频率可达 48Mhz ，内建 3 路 16 位元脉宽调制发生器，提供 6 路脉宽调制输出或 3 对互补的脉宽调制输出，10 位元类比数位转换器，转换速率达 500KSPS 。NTC3703 是 V3.3 稳压器芯片，提供误差不大于 2% 的参考电压，大幅提升 ADC 检测的精度。
