Facebook：5年内女性员工比例至少要达到50%

7月9日晚间消息，据外媒报道，Facebook今日公布了新的“多样性”（diversity）目标，包括在未来五年内将公司全球女性员工的数量增加一倍，以及将美国的黑人和西班牙裔员工数量翻一番。

此外，这家全球最大的社交媒体公司还希望，到2024年，其美国员工中有一半来自“代表性不足”的群体（underrepresented groups）。

Facebook全球多样性事务主管马克辛·威廉姆斯（Maxine Williams）周二在一篇博客文章中称：“我们设想的一家公司是：在五年时间内，我们的劳动力中至少有50%由女性组成，这些人包括黑人、西班牙裔、美国原住民、太平洋岛民、两个或两个以上种族的人、残疾人和退伍军人。”

Facebook在发布新目标的同时，还发布了年度多样性报告，其中详细介绍了员工的种族和性别细分情况。威廉姆斯说，在美国“代表性不足”员工比例达到50%是一个“雄心勃勃”的目标。目前，Facebook美国员工中约有43%来自代表性不足的群体。

Facebook在报告中还称，当前其全球员工中有36.9%是女性，高于一年前的36.3%。黑人和西班牙裔现在占美国员工总数的9%，而一年前为8.4%。外媒汇编的数据显示，截至今年3月底，Facebook拥有近3.8万名员工。

威廉姆斯在博客中还称，当前Facebook的黑人女性员工数量是2014年的25倍之多，同期黑人男性员工数量也增加了近10倍。但黑人和西班牙裔在Facebook美国的技术岗位中仅占5%，比2014年上升了1个百分点。(李明)
