在经历CEO学历造假事件后，BCMI宣布收购Arduino AG的100%所有权，以及旗下所有的Arduino商标。

由Massimo Banzi、David Cuartielles、David Mellis，以及Arduino共同创办人Tom Igoe连手成立的公司BCMI宣布，收购Arduino AG公司100%的所有权；Arduino AG拥有旗下所有的Arduino商标。
