 　　3月7日，湖南芯力特电子科技有限公司官方宣布正式加入豪威集团的大家庭，意味着豪威集团已完成对其的收购，并称这是一件重要且令人振奋的里程碑事件。

　　据官网介绍，芯力特电子科技公司是一家专业从事混合信号集成电路设计的高新技术企业。在汽车应用领域，芯力特率先推出5V/3.3V CAN/CAN FD总线接口系列芯片、LIN总线接口系列芯片，系列齐全，成为国内首家同时拥有CAN、LIN收发器芯片的模拟IC厂商。

　　据悉，豪威集团是全球领先的半导体芯片设计公司，拥有领先的原创技术和完整多样的产品体系。其中汽车电子芯片产品尤为突出，是国内目前唯一能够量产通过ASIL B和ASIL C认证车规产品的供应商，全球车载CIS累计出货量超过10亿颗，被全球OEM和Tier -1广泛采用。本次收购将会是豪威集团在车载领域上的全新一步。
