车规级和工业级芯片有什么区别

  芯片主要是还是温度问题原来的商业级代号为C,工业级代号为I,军品级代号为M。车规级则是在工业级上的扩展,有的代号是E,有的代号是S,一般温度范围是:-40~125摄氏度,强调在低温或高温以及大范围温度区间性能与可靠性。

  一、车规级和工业级的芯片在工作温度范围区别

  工业级的芯片温度一般在-10℃-70℃,而车规级(汽车级)芯片的工作温度达到-40℃-155℃,湿度范围为0%-100%。

  二、两种芯片在生产线上的区别

  车规级芯片是有专门的车规产线的,并不是任何一个工艺都可以做为生产车规芯片的,而工业级的芯片,可以用普通生产线来生产。

  三、工业级与车规级IC出错率的区别

  工业级的IC芯片出错率<1%,汽车级芯片的出错率为0。

  四、使用寿命的区别

  按照每天15%使用时间,工艺级芯片寿命在10年左右,车规级在15年左右。

  五、工业级芯片和车规级IC的可靠性标准区别

  工业级规:JESD47, 车规:AEC-Q100

  六、供货时间区别

  工业级芯片供货时间高至5年,车规级芯片更长,完成车规级认证就需要2,3年的时间,供货时间高至30年。
