　　在快速发展的TWS和智能穿戴市场，受限于产品的体积，锂电池的容量通常都比较小（40mAh到500mAh）。为了更好的延长使用时间，需要利用电源分配开关，关闭一些待机时不用的功能，降低待机电流，从而实现延长电池使用时间的目的。　　APM（应能微电子）推出的APL0501是一款超小封装，低输入电源电压，低导通电阻负载功率开关，采用先进的BCD工艺，量产出超低功耗的产品，满足智能消费产品中锂电管理的苛刻要求。　　APL0501是由外部使能管脚(ON)控制的低导通电阻MOSFET开关，可优化电池寿命和便携式设备自主功能。内部结构为P-MOSFET +N-MOSFET，工作电压在1.2V到5.5V。ON/OFF输入(ON)控制开关，可以与各种低控制电压信号接口相连。片内集成典型值130欧姆输出下拉电阻，当芯片被关断时，下拉开关闭合实现输出快速放电，起到抑制倒灌电流IREV的功能。　　产品特性　　低输入电源电压: 1.2V to 5.5V　　低导通电阻　　RON=48mΩ at VIN=5.0V　　RON=53mΩ at VIN=4.2V　　RON=56mΩ at VIN=3.6V　　RON=67mΩ at VIN=2.5V　　RON=87mΩ at VIN=1.8V　　RON=160mΩ at VIN=1.2V　　最大1.5A 直流输出电流能力　　超低待机功耗: 80nA at 1.8V　　超低待机功耗: 7.5nA at 1.8V　　低使能开关阈值电压，适用于1.2V/1.8V/3.6V/4.2V/5.0V各类逻辑　　受控制的开关上升沿速率，避免启动浪涌电流　　反向电流保护　　封装：WLCSP-4 (0.4mm Pitch)　　工作温度：-40°C 到 85°C　　应用市场　　智能手机　　智能穿戴产品（TWS耳机，手表）　　智能家居（智能语音，蓝牙音箱等）　　平板/笔记本电脑　　数码相机
